HRSCF Filter Question w/ networked cables?

Would someone please address the validity of this filter with regard to networked cables such as Transparent and MIT? Seems to me the networks would serve different purposes but I was not sure if using these two things together would be advisable...Thanks

The purpose of the networks is to reduce or eliminate the radio frequency ringing. However, the untreated cable segments between the networks and the terminations may still ring, so the HRSCF filters may still provide some benefit.
