i ordered GCs about 2 weeks ago and still haven't arrived. first set i ordered were here in 4 days. and no response to email. what gives?

Immediately after receiving my order Ric sent me an email explaining he was overwhelmed by the response to the product, swamped with orders, and it would take a week to get mine out. The order was actually completed sooner than indicated and I had them in my system within the week shipping estimate.

I am in the exact same situation as you. Perhaps Ric needs to "tweak" his customer support. Something as simple as a post on his website "current lead time for Ground Enhancers is (fill in the number) weeks after placing your order". That way we won't get impatient when he does not respond to emails.
