If the power cord is terminated with a gold Furutech FI-15E(G) IEC connector, the leaner sounding rhodium version Furutech FI-10(R) IEC inlet would be a notably better match for the warmer sounding sonic signature of the particular gold IEC connector. YMMV
Follow Ups:
The question is what IEC cable end is to be used with a standard brass IEC inlet?

With a typical nickel plated brass IEC inlet in the mix, either IEC connector plating would be fine. It depends on what direction you might want to go as previously mentioned (silver for more precise focus, gold for more laidback warmth).

Ponder this, I have a tube CD player (warm) and replace the stock nickel plated (I'm supposing) IEC inlet with a Furutech rhodium plated IEC inlet (detail oriented) and then replace the stock 1 amp fuse with a gold plated, copper capped Hi-Fi Tuning 1 amp fuse (warm again) and replace the stock power cord (thin and detailed, all things being relative) with a Pangea 14SE power cord that has gold plated brass male parts (warm), (once again supposing that's what they are constructed of), have I reached a state of tonal neutrality with all the benefits of all that was good to start with and more of it? And/or by replacing the gold plated fuse with a silver capped fuse, tip it more towards detailed and less warm. Thanks to all who toss into the thought pot.
...on the part of the tonality path of connector/cable mix and match.
Regarding your specific configuration, it may balance out well, however, the Pangea power cord is a wildcard (to me) since it has a reported sonic signature that might be of a subjective matter to observe, first.
Anything else?

The Pangea 14SE is a fairly new addition to the system and is hardly broken in so, wild card is correct, especially with regard to the variety of opinions found in these pages. My further thought is this. Gold plated brass male A/C (warm) to gold plated brass female IEC (warm) to Furutech rhodium plated A/C inlet (detailed) to solid silver fuse (detailed) = tonal neutrality or perhaps Furutech copper fuse (by reports and quote by/from Steve McCormick, of Mod Squad, Conrad-Johnson and SMC fame). A pity that money is always in the way (and the lack thereof) of the pursuit.
To mate with the Pangea's gold plated brass IEC connector, I would opt for a Furutech FI-10(R) rhodium IEC inlet since it presents less tonal bloom when matched with a gold IEC connector, IME.
As for the audiophile fuse, I would not pay too much attention to specific metallurgy as a primary guide. I would simply select the model that's most overall desirable in and of itself for the device that it's placed in.
