What to do with 2 120 to 15kv Transformers

Hey guys i came across 2 identical 120 to 15kv transformers they are 960va heavy suckers...
Ideas what i could do with these besides power up my neon signs??
my thoughts would be to use both... wire one... 120 input output goes to the other 15k secondary..and then take that output tap which is 120volts.... should measure 120volts....

How about wiring 120 volts to the secondary 15kv then damp the very low voltage with an rc filter....it comes out to like .9 volts! would this work?
