  The Gold/Red end jobbies are the latest creation of Peter Moncrief.....Wonder caps, then Infinicaps, then Dynamicaps and now Stealth caps. You can read about them on the trt-wonder site. They are expensive. Probably really good if they cream the Dynamicap.....probably in the VCap Teflon league...maybe better? Please buy me a pair of 2uf 210V caps....I will pay you back some day.
  
  The resistors do look like Roderstein......AR has been using them for years along with Peters caps. The red caps are Wima.

  Roderstein resistors are no longer independant, but got sucked up by Vishay.
  
  The red caps are probably WIMA from Germany. The big caps are custom spec'ed.
  
  Of course, you could contact ARC and see what they have to say...

  Proprietary ARC caps and resistors are Resista by Roederstein.
