Just a head's up, but be wary of Ron Welbourne. Many of us, myself included, have been burned by Welbourne Labs. I suggest you check the posts on this site before buying from him.

I've been buying from him for over ten years and never got burned. Yeah shiping was slow for a while but I always got what I bought. T just bought two power-supply modules and they were shipped quick are a nice bit of kit for the price.

double the size of the electrolytic and bypass with small polyprop
replace the rectifiers with ultra fast, otherwise your good to go

No. The ua723 is an old IC but for $36? Depends on what you are using it for.
