Hmmm, I have never seen any mention of these before. I will have to check out that link and see what they are all about.

Do you think these could work synergistically with some bass panels and traps from GIK or would these be best on their own?

GIK bass traps work, the Cathedral panels do not. Before anyone flames me, I actually TESTED four Cathedral panels with the company's blessing. They sent them to me to test because they didn't know how to do that themselves. Proof below, where you can see no difference before versus after. Then compare that to three randomly half-filled garbage cans that actually did improve the bass response a little.

  For the time being I am leaning toward two GIK tri-traps in the corners behind the speakers and then 2 244 Bass Traps placed right together centered behind my seating position on the rear wall. These would end up creating a 4'x4' square basically.
  
  Any input or opinions before I go ahead do it?
