Towards the end of the video the host suggests letting the unit read the CD twice for better sound. Sounds a lot like an old thread where it was suggested that hitting replay, or using direct track access improved the sound. What would a second read do technically to improve the sound?
BTW - I double read several CD's last night - I enjoyed the music but am hesitant to say that it actually improved the sound. Might have been the Italian red.

don't hear that one either but the rest are dead on correct.

Listened last night and found a CD-R mix I made to sound much better after a double read. Just much cleaner and blacker sound.
This was a old tweak from when CD first came out. I just cannot hear the improvement and believe me I tried...smile! The other tweaks are very, very good though.
