I bought them in one of the hi-fi stores in Tokyo, maybe it was Audio Union, but they sell this stuff everywhere. See the link for Yodobashi Camera below.
I've just realized that I got the SH-22, which is A5 size, whereas the SH-21 is A4 size (twice the size of SH-22). It cost about $30 as you can see at Yodobashi.

The turntable mat is fantastic. Fo.q also works wonders when place in between the head shell and the cartridge. Brought the turntable mat this summer in Osaka of Japan for only about US$70.
