You may wish to check out Environmental Potentials---they have a unit for residential mains adapted from their industrial model that works very well in my house. Ie, a surge protector that also filters noise and hash added to the line by electrical components within the house.
I installed the unit mainly for surge protection and have been pleased, and was pleasantly surprised, with the reduced noise floor in my system. I think the unit was mentioned in Stereophile and Enjoy the Music. Since it is installed on a otherwise unused breaker switch, it was easy for me to listen to the system with and without the unit. I had several friends over and they confirmed what I was hearing. YMMV.

IIRC, I'm pretty sure that Iso-tek also has a full blown AC distribution panel with built-in filtering but I cannot find it on the web although they had a static display of the unit at RMAF.
