Reb - What function did you use it for (like output buffer)? Did TI provide samples?
OT - Pinout is the same as OPA627. I wonder if TI is going to supply OPA627s anymore.....
Follow Ups:
They only sent me a qty of 2. So I could only use it for the output buffer on the single ended side of my cd player. For I/V, I prefer faster OP Amps.
I asked for 2 as well. Will try them as TIA (I/V). Agreed - the 827 is rated at 22 V/uS vs. 55 for the 627. Not sure if I will hear the difference, however ....
How can I obtain some samples? I am interested in OPA2827. Thanks.
I am using Analog Device AD827 for I/V, 300v/us slew rate. In the balanced section of my machine, its been a real strugle to settle on just one device. The Linear Technology LT1360 so far has the most promise in this position.
Come to think of it, I am using LM4562 as I/V now. The OPA827 may not be an improvement.... 20 vs. 22 V/us. Still, just want to give it a test
