Hi.
'Cause I use both decoupling & isolation.
(1) amp decoupled with strong down-pointing steel spikes permanently bolted to the bottom the the chassis box of the amp.
(2) massy granite slab 'floated' on round rubber leg pads, each in turn supported by a carpet guard (with zillion down-pointing resilient plastic spikes). This guards give extra isolation to the granite slab though I used them primarily to protect my wall-to wall carpet (with fully bonded rubber underlay)
The whole set up cost me very little money but I bet it is very effective vs many expenssive commercial stuffs.
And a litte thinking, of cource.

Talk about a cheap tweak - well not her - she'd be an expensive date. Old ones used by Anna are best! No double entendre intended!!!!
That got your attention didn't it?

I use granite slabs on closed cell foam, it seems to work well...

Where can I get some to try out?

I'm afraid I went to the local foam store and looked around. I found some acoustical floor underlayment and it came in about four level of compliancy. I chose by gut feel :)
