12ax7 does not (can not) draw a lot of current. Maybe 2ma. per triode near the high side.
The 6x4 is rated at 60ma. It should work just fine.

I guess the 6V6 should be no problem to handle 5 x ECC83, right?
One thing forgot to mention, the resistors for cathode follower of both phono and line section has CCS there, so I expected more current is drawing from the supply from the supply.
The 6v6 will be fine and no, using or having a CCS doesn't mean more current flows.I'm with TK. For a low current application, VR tube shunt regulation is the way to go. It is much more simple.
