Easy enough to test cross talk. If it is audible, you have done something wrong.

You could go with LC filters to split the B+ supply, no problem with a single supply.

MV rectifiers also need slow start circuits.

Spend your time making the build solid and attractive. Even if something sounds good, if it is ugly you will tire of it.

Bendix made a killer 6X5 (5852) that are awesome to use
