Web site says these will be available as of May 2018. And yes, they'll be expensive. Let the flaming begin.

Follow Ups:
But at the expected price I probably won't.
Supposedly they have preorders for 9 already...

"Let there be songs, to fill the air"
How do you know that? It doesn't even exist yet!!!
Audiophiles.
Well, while your condescending scoff wasn't really called for, the reason I'd love to have one is I think reel to reel decks are incredibly cool machines. I have 9 of them here at the moment, 6 of which get weekly use, and at least one gets daily use. I just love playing tapes.
So that's how I know.

"your condescending scoff wasn't really called for,"Not condescending, nor a scoff. Just a taken-aback response, with a healthy dose of reality.
"the reason I'd love to have one is I think reel to reel decks are incredibly cool machines."
I heartily agree that they're really cool. And, their complexity and functionality is part of that. Plus, they record and play back sound. What more could a person want?
But I'm surprised that a person would "love to have one" when it's not even a real product "yet". I've read several of the site pages, and apparently, people have only seen "it", but no one has heard it, and, there aren't even any specs. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I get it that companies regularly announce new products before they're actually available for sale (the Apple iPhone 10 comes to mind), but a large manufacturer can get away with that aspect of trying to "leap-frog" the competition or whet the appetite of the market. A tiny manufacturer, which hasn't ever even sold ANY tape recorder, is just blowing smoke until they have a fully functional and production-ready product.
At some point down the road, I "might" love to have one, but I'd reserve that comment until it's actually available and the mechanical and audio performance are known, and guaranteed with a warranty. There was a "review" where the writer was drooling all over the LOOKS and the "fit and finish" - but not a word about tape transport operation or smoothness, and not a word about audio specs or quality.
Remember the buzz over the "upcoming" Joy/Revox tape deck? Here's a sample from May of 2016:

Where is it? This might be a clue, from July of 2017:

In the computer software field, there is a term for exciting new "products" which don't yet exist: Vaporware.

"yes, they'll be expensive."
You know this how?
I'll offer this observation: TOO expensive.
Seems like every year or so, there's a new tape deck coming out of Germany. Yet, I haven't seen any.
Your linked photo first made me think: "A poor man's Studer". (Not that Studer electronics were anything special, but the transport was great.)
So, I'm not quite sure why they included references to Studer. Kinda reminds me of "Joy".
Just off the top of my head, they might want to expand their potential market to English-speaking countries. Just sayin'.
On the upside, I don't care.

The web site says they will have "an online shop with configurator will be available from February 2018". I assume the actual pricing will be included. There appears to be 4 different models ranging from play only to full play/record to pro use, so I expect the price would vary across the range.
Rumored prices from Munich audio shows last year put it at €27,900.

all the best,

That's what Google translate came up with. Web site is in German, the original word there is Konfigurator.
"Ein Onlineshop mit Konfigurator steht ab Februar 2018 zur Verfügung."

Merely interested to see what they are like. Not that the price will be in reach for me. Kind of like enjoying reading about looking at Ferraris and Lamborghinis when used Ford's are all we can afford.
