HowdyClick on the letter after their name in a post, then near the top just under their name is a link labeled "Posts"

Then just use search with the inmate's name: http://db.audioasylum.com/cgi/search.mpl?author=Kiefer74.1&forum=ALL
The one problem with this is it skips a few fora, if you are a contributor you can make sure you are logged in and use the "Rank by None" option to get all fora interleaved: http://db.audioasylum.com/cgi/search.mpl?author=Kiefer74.1&forum=ALL&sortRank=None
