I sold bionicspinnner a Scott LK-72 in non working condition. Amp was described as non working and blowing fuses.
bionicspinnner received the amp then complained that it did not work ! He complained to me and offered to settle the matter if I would refund half of his purchase price. I declined. He escalated the matter to Ebay and Paypal, who of course granted a refund and removed funds from my account. As a condition of receiving a refund, he was directed to ship the amp back to me and Ebay even provided a shipping credit and electronic shipping label with tracking number to facilitate this. bionicspinnner never shipped the amp back to me. 2 weeks go by and I do not have my amp, nor do I have the sales proceeds. I appealed to Ebay and pestered them every day for a week. Finally I was offered a "Chat Session" with a seller service supervisor. The supervisor noted that the tracking number they issued had never been used by bionicspinnner. The supervisor promptly issued a credit back to me for the full sales proceed. So I prevailed.
Then I received negative feedback from bionicspinnner. Ebay was no help (of course) and because of how feedback is set up, I can not post a warning nor issue negative feedback to him.
I then contacted others who have sold to him and discovered that he has tried this scam with many others. He buys, complains, tries to extort a refund and threatens a chargeback and neg feedback. Most sellers capitulate. I didn't.
Best,
Ross

I saw an interesting approach to a bad buyer (They bought something from me and didn't pay.). The seller left positive feedback and in the comments said something like "Stay away, this is a bad buyer, does not honor agreements" With current ebay rules this looks like a good method to point out bad buyers.
True, but it might well leave them with 100% positive feedback, and with 100% good transactions, who will read the fine print?
Yep, he got me the same way! He got my Scott 299c (above) AND my $400.... wile he sent me back a 'parts' unit he bought on ebay the same week.
He's a CROOK!

Since my reply there have been some devlopments. "bionicspinnner" AKA 'Sam E. Misshula'

@ PH. 347-426-5593It seems Misshula has a fettish for not paying for vintage SCOTT products. I know of at least six 6 ebay sellers, who over the last 3 years who were scammed out of a SCOTT Amp.. couristy of bionicspinnner/Sam Misshula. and I know there is more. But he dosen't limmit himself to only ripping off SCOTT owners.
See here:

Mr. Misshula is on the radar of more than just one entity. don't want to say any more, so I'll leave it at that.$200 REWARD FOR THE LOACION OF THIS STOLEN SCOTT 299C AMP.

In my case against Mr. Misshula, I finally managed to convince authorities to at least take a report, so my Amp is now classified and listed as STOLEN property. So if the Serial number is ever checked through the NCIC database, it will come back to my case.I'd love to see that crook try to explain, why the amp he swore he shiped back to Me in AZ.(and signed a Doc. stating that he did) would be either, in his possession, in NEW YORK! or with someone whom HE sold it to.
who ever bought it from him, could just keep it, As long as it leads back to bionicspinnner.
so.. I'll offer$200.00 REWARD for imforation to the exact location of THIS Scott 299-C Amplifier!!

I have dozens of pictures showing the serial number and 'Other' identifying marks. These are the pictures that I used when I listed it on ebay. The only thin g I know he changed are the knobs, he switched them for the newer style.

Michigan seller with lots of positive feedback
Hmmmmmm, the only negative he has given, recently, was for a Scott Stereomaster 222-d. See link.
The Scott sale you mentioned was not mine. Reading the neg feedback comments was illuminating.
Best,
Ross
Yes, I know it was not the amp you sold him. I didn't see the negative he gave to you on the list, it should be there, ???
Bummer.
You can post a reply to the negative feedback; that reply will appear under his false comments in your feedback record.
