The Well Tempered Computer
I was having a difficult time following the description in Presto's post, above. It appears that the steps you show (in Win7) accomplish the USB porting and IRQ adjustments, at least the ones that most users are capable of. (I lack the confidence to go messing around in the BIOS, generally speaking.)
$29 each year???????????????????????????It looks like a driver update service. You can go to your MB manufacturer and do this youself.
Unlikely to solve real usb problems.
