Holt Hill audio in Mass. makes spider legs for Quad esl (57). These are new and priced at $499. For Quad 63 there are lots of options in the used market. Crosby made stands that look just like the Gradient woofer. These come up for sale occasionally. New stands are significantly more expensive and complicated.
If you want to make stands, it is important that you determine these things: location of your speakers and listening position in your listening room, height of your ESLs and the degree of tilt if any.
I suggest you do some serious experimentation and listening before you design your stands. Don't just pick someone else's design. I started out just putting the speakers on some 1 gallon paint cans. Use whatever you have. Choose some things (wedges--package of wooden shims from The Home Depot) to play with the tilt and fiddle around until you decide what's right for your setup.
When I made modifications to a pair of stands I had, which did not fit the speakers' bases properly, I turned one speaker over and made a careful tracing of the bottom panel. I marked out the location of the grounding wire and any protruding fasteners on that paper pattern. I jig-sawed that pattern out of 1/2-inch birch plywood, cut clearance for the ground wire and drilled recesses for the fasteners I planned to use for attaching these plywood bases to the speakers (or countersunk wood screw recesses).
Just a few suggestions.

You might check out Sheldon Stokes' website. Sheldon posted there his plans for a Quad ESL(57) stand. I recall seeing a photo of them somewhere and I thought they were quite good looking. They elevate the speaker off the floor some distance, which I think, improves the sound somewhat over the short legs supplied with the original speakers.
Sorry, juat saw that you meant th Quad 57, my rewards relate to the Quad 63.
Just for curiosity: why do want to raise them? I have mine on the floor, and they sound fabulous. They were also developed to be put on the floor, thanks to their delayed radiating technology.
just find some and use your speakers to get the proper measurements to match what you want.
I found dimensions for DQ-10 stands but they were too low and I just guessed at the size I wanted and had em made that size. They are as Dave says, Listening height. I had used the feet and foot high milk crates then 18" dining room chairs which turned out to be the best sounding height.
.
Quads in general are a bit more complex as far as stands go.
