I love the clean look of the SA stand and what you've done with the spkr cables. Did you notice any improvement after the insulation tubes are installed? Also, what cable brand/model is that and how are they compared to the ones they replaced?

Unfortunately my ears are not that golden - however the insulation does keep cables warm in standby if you will ☺ cables are DIY Canare 4S11

Hi,
How much of a tilt is optimum for the 1.6's?
1/2" height above ground, on the front stands to tilt it back is enough?
Those white spacers that came with the 1.6's really don't do anything, do they?
Thanks
Ideally the middle of the panel should be same height as ear height - you may need to adjust height on listening chair – tilt panels forward or back to achieve desired height equivalent of the ears – this will determine correct amount of tilt required - Jim Smith’s book ‘Get Better Sound’ explains it better.
