I'm not sure what you're looking for.
There are aftermarket bluetooth hands-free devices for your phone. I had one that clipped onto the visor of my '98 Toyota Tacoma. "Hands-free" was required when I had the Tacoma in California. Some other states require it too (not yet here in Colorado).
There are complete head-end stereo/nav units with Apple CarPlay (and Android Auto) that go into your dash replacing the old stereo. Is that what you looked into but would force you give up your DIC ?
