It's the Berlioz with Paul Paray. Using an old Sony DVD player, this disc doesn't play the SACD layer. The Sony plays the Columbia SACDS ok, ditto the RCA hybrids and the new AliaVox Beethoven hybrids.
Follow Ups:
After 20 years of faithful service it developed problems. The disc itself is ok, it plays fine in my new Denon SACD player, although I notice
now that it is slightly thicker than most other SACDs.
Dawn dishsoap, rinse and dry with a paper towel. Free to try! Good luck
Have you tried playing it on another SACD player?
What model is your player?

I'm playing it on a Sony DVP 755 that's about 20 years old.
I have another player, a Sony Blu Ray that I use in my office system, but it's strictly used as an audio player so I have no way of knowing what layer it's playing.
I have the Sony DVP-NS755V that thinks it plays SACDs. The only SACD it ever played as SACD was a Rolling Stone demo disc. It plays CDs and DVDs fine, still after all these years. I decided long ago that the 755 could not read the SACD layer of most SACDs (or all except the Stones!). For SACDs and Blue-rays I use the Sony UBP-X1100ES
My Sony not only thinks it plays sacd layers, it actually plays them. How do I know this? It actuallly plays the old Columbia single layer SACDs!
