Check out Dekoni. They have some aftermarket pads that help hold the csans on the head.

It should be noted that any change in earpad shape or earpad material will alter the "intended" tonal balance somewhat. Headphone earpads are the equivalent of "room acoustics" in a loudspeaker system.

Some say they prefer the sound of the aftermarket earpads over the stock ones, while others say that the stock earpads sound best.

  Good point. After awhile, I went back and ordered new stock pads for the PS1000e. Turns out I like them better. The old stock ones were worn.
