I had the same problem with my HiFiman earbuds. HiFiman sent me a new case free of charge since they were under warranty. The new case lasted 3 1/2 years before it died. It's no longer under warranty so I'm considering what to replace them with.
Maybe Behringer will send you a new case?

Well, I don't think you can go wrong with FiiO. At least I've never had a problem with any of my FiiO products.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've looked at different FiiO products before but never pulled the trigger.
I was going to get the same HiFiMan TWS600 ear buds (IEMs) that I had since they were on sale for a good price. When I went to buy them they weren't on sale anymore but the Svanar LE ear buds that I had been looking at are now on sale so I ordered them. I like the HiFiMan planar sound and have a couple pairs of their headphones. They were my first step to higher end ear gear.
