Ok, being an audio snob, I would never think that such a cheap system could sound great. But streaming from Amazon Prime music it sounds surprisingly good. Just a laptop and exclusive mode and it sounds great. No need to mess around with a more complex system. The Sennheiser HD600 also sounded great.

ibasso DC04PRO. Better sounding IMO. Costs less, sounds better and no funky USA A as it uses USB C or Lightning cable.

iBasso DX300MAX Ti. Focal Utopia and Stellia. iBasso SR2. Mr. Speakers, Ether II, Voce stats. Manley, Absolute headphone amp. LTA MZ3, Z10e electrostatic amp. Many other headphones, amps, cables etc.

  Hmm. Never seen the ibasso. On a lappy, the USB A is not an issue if its old like the one i have. I think on my iPhone I use the camera kit and yeah that adapter is not idea for walking around...though the upside is you can still charge the phone IIRC.

  Yep thats the red. I have that adapter and use it with my phone too. It also sounds great there. Its surprisingly good how the phone can be as a source.
