I'm spending a lot more time listening with headphones than I had anticipated and can get the Denon's cheap from a buddy in the biz. But, I wouldn't bother him unless there was a good chance I'd be keeping them.

I was drug petulantly to headphones, and now I use them more than my speakers. I really, really wish I had gotten a good pair years ago.
How do you like those A-T's long term? I've been considering a pair for watching movies and internet streaming use with my iMac.
....I think they are very good. But, Stereophile "Class A" ??

Yeah, the Stereophile headphone recs are jokey. Fortunately, they've got innerfidelity.com to guide them now. Let's hope they incorporate Tyll's opinions and tests into their recommended components section.
