It's not litz wire. It's stranded copper servo wiring for RC hobby and robotic applications.

You may want to take a look at Norne-Audio they make very good, high quality cables and have reasonable pricing. I am ordering a Draug 2 for my Sennheiser 800 headphone. Great reviews for them as well.
