I am not sure about the budget, but cheap ones are below $50 for over ear headphones. Not sure as well if you like it wired or wireless, but here are the best suggested headphones for an mp3 player or iPhone: http://www.headphonesunboxed.com/best-over-ear-headphones-under-50/ . Well, Sennheiser is not bad at all if you'll ask me.
