I don't quite get the English, too many "of's" for me to plainly comprehend. I suppose a comma is implied , but not used.
Nevertheless, I will state for the public record at this time, I am solidly pro dancing. And a bunch of other stuff. I feel the historic bonds between the evolution of mankind and society fully support this position.

Hermosa Beach, Ca. the location of so many jazz recordings from the lighthouse cafe , has that impressed in block letters on the outside wall , up high, on the civic auditorium, right next to HWY 1, pacific coast highway .
I always thought that was pretty cool. now it is graced by a civic work on the grounds below, a bronze statue of the surfer Dewey Webber riding a wave.

That's true only if you live in Louisiana.
much to my surprise, during my sailor days I met Americans among the crew who could not read. I don't know if they could write, but they were all from the southern states. ethnicity didn't seem to be a factor.
Of, course now it's spread to the Northern States as well.
