  The numbers represent relative dynamic range, but are not in dB. The Dynamic Range Data Base shows The numbers/color scale at top of page, green represents excellent dynamic range and red represents poor dynamic range. Numbers 14 and higher represent outstanding dynamic range. Orange is acceptable dynamic range. For each album there are three colors/numbers - average, minimum and maximum dynamic range.
