  I believe the Tascam Hi-Res Editor v1.10 requires Windows 11, and a certain update on top of that. I'm running the latest macOS and I was able to install the 1.10 software but I haven't experimented with it much.

  I was able to bring in a 400MB DSD file and convert it to a 96kHz PCM but that's it so far. I haven't figured out how to break up the file. I suspect it has something to do with Set Point IN | OUT but I'm just guessing.

    Yes.
    Set point 1 for track start.
    Drag the cursor over to the track end. Play, I use headphones...until the track ends and set Point 2.
    You can then transfer the song after you set up what file type and PCM level you want if you're storing the song in PCM.
    192/24 works great.
