Hello li,
With the Kit 4 being an integrated, I don't know why you would need the M2 preamp (unless you want some versatility for future power amps). I would think going with the M3 phono amp would be a wiser choice.

Follow Ups:
Kit 4 in its original form is a potential integrated amp because it has a pre gain stage but does not have a source selector (nor balance ) and only one input. I think better option is to purchase a new chassis for kit 4 from Brian or I guess you could fit the guts of P.Q. phono stage and p2 Psu (little expensive but still cheaper than going separate )
Good point,
I forgot the K4 had only a single input witout source selection. Given this, I think limono has a good idea of installing the current amp along with a phono stage within a larger chassis.
Or, if you want the versatility of an external preamp, you could goe with a M2 preamp. One last thing you gould do is install a selector in your current M2.
There are obviously a few options to consider. Whatever you choose to do, I'm sure you'll be in vinyl heaven.

Thank´s I´think I go for the Phonostage
