To build the crossover boards I just used some 1/8" thich brown fiber board from HD - came in different sizes I just bought one sheet 2' x 2'I did all the point to point wiring on the top of the board and just hot glued all the components in place - this works well since the glue cools quickly. I used #10 1/2" brass bolts & nuts & #10 eye rings to make connections for speaker wires. Bought gold plated quick connects to attach speakers (got all of this from www.northcreekmusic.com).
Used their 14g teflon coated speaker wire Tef-Flex AG. All of these parts can be found here: http://www.northcreekmusic.com/ACCESSORIES.html
