I'm slightly familiar with pi filters, but I've never used them with 3-pin regulators. Are there any example circuits on the net? So I can figure out part values. The thing is, I really don't want to use separate transformers. No graphs for the regs re the type of noise info I want, or at least none seem relevant to me. My scope at home isn't good enough to see any noise as things are now (single reg), so what noise there is must be pretty HF or else very little.Do you think that using separate regs as mentioned above is totally USELESS, or is it SOMEWHAT worthwhile re noise separation? One tiny advantage of the separate regs is I don't need heatsinks for them, my board space is limited. Thanks again for any opinions.
