I mean a 115V swing from an amp with limited current capability.Yes, a 50W speaker amp will swing about 20V into 8ohms or so but what I meant to suggest was an amp that could swing 115V period. Current draw would be less than 1/2 an amp so
P = IV
50 ~= .5(115)Does the idea make sense yet?
