Hi again Dave,I tried bypassing the transformer and still no lock. About the reset. Is it absolutely neccessary because I don't implement it at all. Does CS8412 need to be reset after power up? I check VERF and ERF pins now. Thanks about the info on E and F pins (about them being latched).
Another thing. The wires leading to the RXP and RXN pins. Is it very important that they are as short as possible and twisted together. Because mine are quite messy and I use an ordinary cheap RCA connector with the 75 Ohm resistor quite far away from the pins. Everything is hardwired and I use copper foil for the ground plane.
