Actually, corian rings quite a bit (at a lower frequency perhaps than some other materials, unless very thick. Even then corian exhibits low frequency vibration anomalies as it is not a particularly stiff material. It's probably best to use corian as countertop material only. A shame really, it's such a nice-looking material...
