Thanks everyone for your input. 7 replies since I last posted! One thing I like about this site is the willingness of the people to help another out. I put a similar post on audioreview and was told by someone that my system probably sucked in the first place. Can you believe that?Anyway I am going to try several suggestions like a granite slab, stuffing straws into the bass port and dampening the speaker. No harm trying. If I can find the easter egg holders it would be fun too. I'll post again for all to know if successful.
