If what you say is true, then why do my amps (and those of several others who have done essentially the same as I) sound as well as they do? If the Tripath amp is a "headache to make work" and if the company has "ignored audiophile quality design factors", then be specific--document what you say! Do a review with hard facts, including the "measurements of the distortion of the amp at all levels"--I would be interested in seeing that. But don't just deal in generalities.
