Jim....I've bought both the small and large tuning "bells". I believe you're referring to the eBay guy out of S. Korea. They're fun to play with, but in all honesty, I can't say I hear anything new or profound. If nothing else, I can say they don't hurt anything either. As always.....YMMV.
