I cannot believe that this old arguement is still going on.
Its not that I am claiming 100% "realism" for digital sound, but that these claims continue to be made.
You can hear the thousands of samples...
Oh yegh, well what about hearing the grain of the vinyl, or the sound of all the tapes (and the deterioration of quality) used for mixing analogue.....
No wonder its a softer sound!!!!
Then there's the sound of the music in each groove one rotation before its due to come around caused by displacing the plastic as its carved up...
Give me a break.
Poor quality plastic, dust, scratches.... vynil was never that good anyway.
