I have a set of speakers mad of MDF and I considering veneering them with 1/4-inch oak playwood. I had planned to use yellow carpenters cement to adhere the two together, but post about the absorbency of the MDF has me reconsidering.Is there some other product that might be used to minimize gluing time? e.g. contact cement, liquid nails, etc.
