I'm not sure exactly what you are attempting to damp with the ceramic tile. You didn't make that clear. I still say the tiles will resonate (ring) at their natural frequency, I have experimented with ceramics a lot, they always seemd dto do more harm than good, just my opinion, of course. Also, why would you want them to be reflective? If you used the DH Squares (as intended) under the DH Cones, I'm pretty sure your results would be even better than with the tile you are currently using.
