and disconnected the internal wiring from the speaker binding posts to connect them directly to my speaker cables. (Thanks to Ric Shulz of EVS for the idea)I didn't want to solder, so I rigged up a very unstable clamp system.
But damn if the sound didn't get even smoother! (about akin to changing my digital cable from a radio shack video cable to a Harmonic Tech Cyberlink Silver)
I'm f*ing crazy
