I have a pair of these that I have had in and out of my system over the last few years. I find they can lower the noise floor and improve imaging but I can hear the capacitors signature which is OK but there are better caps out there. The speakers are Innersound Eros.My meter tells me it is has .01uF of capacitance. I am not sure if there is anything else inside the canister.
Searching the junk pile I found some ancient (pre-Infini) TRT caps of this value and soldered on some leads. I think these sound better than the Enacoms but it is obviously a more fragile package. A pair of InfiniCaps, some good wire and some heat shrink will set you back about $25.00.
The Eros benefit from using separate caps across the electrostatic panel and woofer terminals.
