The Pangea 14SE is a fairly new addition to the system and is hardly broken in so, wild card is correct, especially with regard to the variety of opinions found in these pages. My further thought is this. Gold plated brass male A/C (warm) to gold plated brass female IEC (warm) to Furutech rhodium plated A/C inlet (detailed) to solid silver fuse (detailed) = tonal neutrality or perhaps Furutech copper fuse (by reports and quote by/from Steve McCormick, of Mod Squad, Conrad-Johnson and SMC fame). A pity that money is always in the way (and the lack thereof) of the pursuit.
