LED bulb replacements

I'm seeking help from anyone with more electrical knowledge than I have, i.e. most chordates. My tuner specifies three, 6.3v 200mA bulbs to back-illuminate its front panel. I'd like to replace these with less troublesome LEDs. What LEDs should I choose? I could deal with less illumination but not constant replacement. Thanks in advance.
