I'm looking into the ExactPower EP15A and Ultrapure I/II power conditioners (apparently they are discontinued products). While I understand the differences in their working principle (restoration of waveform vs. filtering and common mode rejection), it is not quite clear to me, which one would provide the best performance.
What kind of advantages/disadvantages does one unit have over the other. Are there any particular scenarios where one could be recommend over the other?
