Why all the multiple connections in-between? Just connect PC Audio output to Karioke amplifier Input with only ONE splice between appriopriate plugs, & amplifier Output to speakers. Note: a Microphone Input may not be the best Input to use for this purpose due to impedance & voltage mis-match, but if that is the only input available, you will just have to trial & discover.
