What is your goal? To be able to use the Headphones? If so, they need to be connected to the Output, not the Input (Input is for a Signal Source which is to be amplified, such as the Microphone). And you cannot directly connect Headphones to the Speaker outputs lest you damage the phones via to much power output. You'll need to fabricate a resistor dividing circut for Headphone connection; enter an Asylum-wide search for such methods & pay particular attention to returns authored by Jon Risch.
